Adult FAVRES

The Adult FAVRES provides 4 functional cognitive-communication tasks that simulate the complex challenges of daily life activities. It helps to evaluate and plan for strategies to assist with return to work, school, or community communications. Proof of SLP qualifications is required to order this test.

The Student FAVRES is a standardized test for students aged 12-19. Similar in format to the Adult FAVRES, the SFAVRES is tailored to adolescents. It has been designed with input from students, parents, teachers, and speech-language pathologists. Proof of SLP qualifications is required to order this test.

The Cognitive-Communication Checklist for Acquired Brain injury (CCCABI) is a 1-page referral tool summarizing 45 communication difficulties in 10 areas of cognitive-communication functioning. CCCABI brochures are available in high-gloss folded format for education, marketing, and referral purposes. The CCCABI is available to everyone. Digital version is FREE.

2. When you order Level B you will be asked to upload proof of qualifications to register with us as a qualified speech-language pathologist. Please scan and send/upload the proof of qualifications for your country or region. Examples:

USA - ASHA Registration
Canada - SAC or Provincial College/Association
Australia - Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Denmark - University Diploma or Certificate showing graduation from speech pathology program

3. Once we receive your uploaded documents, you will be sent a link to create a password. Once you are registered with us, you can make all future orders by logging in with your username and password.
